Hi, I'm Victoria Newland a fully qualified reflexologist with an ITEC Diploma from the London School of Reflexology.  I am also a member of the esteemed Association of Reflexologists (AoR).

My journey with reflexology began many years ago when I was trying to conceive. It was a stressful period, and reflexology sessions provided the perfect opportunity to focus on my mental and physical well-being. I truly believe these sessions played a significant role in helping me through that time

I am incredibly passionate about the practice of reflexology, and I work closely with each of my clients to understand their individual needs.   This allows me to create personalised treatment plans that are perfectly tailored to them.

I have a lovely, peaceful treatment room that is based just outside of central St Albans.  There is easy access to parking, and I would love to welcome you for a treatment with me at Barefoot and Beyond.
